Guide In Getting Started With Kool Kidzz iParent Portal
iParent Portal is where you (parent/guardian) can:
- Book your child into the program
- Self-manage bookings
- View customer account statements
- View current account balance
- Manage payment details
- View reminders and notifications
- Manage account details
From the iParent Portal home page:
Click the Bookings tab. (Top bar blue menu).
The Bookings screen will display.
On the right-hand side >> click Casual Booking.
The New Casual Booking screen will display.
- Select the Child from the dropdown list.
- Select the Booking Date from the calendar provided.
- Select the care type from the Room drop-down list.
- Tick that you have read and understand the booking information conditions.
- Click Save.
ACCESS MYGOV AND CONFIRM YOUR ENROLMENT
(to apply Child Care Subsidy)
To access MyGov and confirm your enrolment please login to your MyGov account.
Once you log in:
- Click on the Centerlink TAB
- In the menu – Select My Family, followed by Child care, and Enrolments.
- Confirm your enrolment with Kool Kidzz.

First time to iParentPortal
Once you have completed the Kool Kidzz registration form, you will be invited to activate your account and log in to the iParent Portal.
Before you login to your account for the first time you will need to receive an Account Activation link from us.
- Open the email sent to you and click the activation link
- Click Create New User
- You will be sent another activation email – open your inbox and click on the activation link
- Set up your new password and log in

What is Kool Kidzz?
Kool Kidzz is a Department of Education approved vacation care service with locations in the eastern and northern suburbs (Randwick TAFE & St Ives – Masada College).
The program offers an innovative learning experience including a range of exciting and educational activities from the arts, music, dance, cooking, sport, drama, environmental education, incursions and excursions.

What age groups participate at Kool Kidzz?
Kool Kidzz is open to students from ELC to Year 7 to all children in the North Shore and the wider community. Age groups are from 5 – 13 years old. We are open to all and welcome everyone!
When to book?
To secure your child’s place at Kool Kidzz, we recommend you book as soon as possible as places are limited. Information on upcoming camps and programs will be posted on our website, and newsletters are sent prior to the camp for early bird notices.

What are the operating hours of holiday camp?
Drop off between 8.30am and pick up at 5:00pm. Drop off and Pick up is located at the Masada College in the high school demountable classrooms.
On Fridays in July Winter Camp the service will be closed early at 3pm.
Is food provided?
Morning and afternoon tea is provided which is a combination of seasonal fruits, corn thins and wafers. Children should bring lunch and a water bottle. Kool Kidzz is a nut free zone. There will be a variety of cooking classes on selected days but this is not a substantial substitute for food.
What to do if your child has food allergies?
Children will allergies are best to bring their own food unless not allergic to the food the service provides. A management plan should be provided on enrolment so we can best care for the child. This is a nut free zone. Please ensure you list your child’s allergies when registering. We always have a plan B option if your child cant participate in the cooking activities.
Can I sign up for individual days?
You can book a single day or multiple days, it’s up to you! We understand that families need a flexible program that will suit their lifestyle, therefore bookings are not restricted to minimum days.
