Changing Days & Cancellations
24 hours notice is required by email only to [email protected] No other form of cancellation will be accepted.
1. Cancellations received before 24 hours will receive a credit (make up day) to the value of the day/s.
2. Cancellations received after the 24 hour period will be charged in full.
Credits are not issued in the case of illness if the cancellation notice wasn’t received within the timeframe.
If a day cancelled due to given priority of accesses to a family, a full refund will be issued.
Kool Kidzz will only consider special requests for refunds on compassionate grounds if made in writing (email acceptable) within 7 days of the absence.
Kool Kidzz is under no obligation to refund families for any session a child did not attend when booked.
Booking dates can be changed provided we have the necessary available spaces upon your request.
