Novel Coronavirus Update: 08 April 2020
On 2 April 2020, the Australian Government announced the Early Childhood Education and Care Relief Package that gives families much-needed fee relief while supporting services to keep their doors open and employees in their jobs.
Subsequently, the Kool Kidzz autumn holiday program at Randwick TAFE will be open and offered for parents who need care for their children throughout this time.
What do you need to know?
You won’t need to pay fees when you attend during this time. This will ensure care remains available to you if you need it. We are prioritising care for essential workers, vulnerable and disadvantaged children and previously enrolled children.
What do you need to do?
If you wish to attend, please sign into your iParent Portal account and make a new booking (even if you have booked the autumn camp prior to this communication).
We expect that social distancing requirements will be adhered by parents when entering and leaving the service, there will also be signage in and around the building.
Please note that the program will slightly differ from the original autumn program, to ensure strict hygiene practices are in place. There will be a combination of sports, arts, drama games and movement activities throughout the day, however cooking will not be an option this camp.
Unfortunately, no food or drinks other than the water refill system will be provided to prevent any handling of food. You are required to provide enough food for your child for the day.
We hope that the Kool Kidzz service can be as much help as possible to the community throughout this time.
